if accepted, you will get:
(1) a you.urbanlights.info url of your choice
(2) a you@urbanlights.info email account
(3) 200mb of space
(4) help with ftp, php, html, and anything else you need
You must read all rules before applying.
Rule 1: you must have some sort of site. a myspace site counts, but a freewebs or any other domain type site is preferred and increases your chances of getting accepted.
Rule 2: if accepted, you will recieve 75mb of space to start out with. this is negotiable, and as you need more space, i will increase your quota (:
Rule 3: you cannot use your subdomain just to test things. if you do, i will delete your subdomain without warning.
Rule 4: if you read all of these rules, put "flowers" in the field that says "anything else?"
Rule 5: you must have my button (either my hosting or my advertising button) on every page at all times, no exceptions. i will warn you once if i'm not linked, and after that, i will delete you!

NOTE: show some variety in your works that you submit! I do not want to see 4 preppy signs that look the same and only differ in site models used and colors used. Show me ALL different types of graphics and resources. A layout, a graphic, an icon, and a blend would be nice.
